(clarification) mercurial-0.9.5 fedora rpm preview

Clarification:
I am maintaining mercurial for fedora.  The last release was 0.9.4.  For
0.9.5, I am looking at syncing the .spec file with the one in mercurial
trunk.  It looks like only minor changes are needed to that spec file.  I'd
like to get comments on my version of the spec file (see above^).

This is _not_ an official release, I'm just looking for comments.  The above
version is not being released (at least, not yet).
