"hg serve" proposal: add links to anchors within diff to file list so we can jump into the diff

Just realized that clicking a file in the full changelog view gives me
a proper diff. But in the changeset overview reachable by clicking a
change in the short log, it does not. So I still think this is a
little inconsistent.
