[ANN] Mercurial-NSI 0.6

Hi folks,

I had to generate a new release of the NSI installer in order to update
the URL for PyQt4, as the old URL no longer worked.  I also fixed a
couple bugs in the GTK+ dependencies.

Let me know if you have any problems with this installer.  I just tested
it on a brand new Vista machine so I know it works _today_.  If broken
links become a frequent problem I may start mirroring some installers on
sourceforge.
