Cannot convert subversion repository

Hi all,

I am trying to convert a subversion repository to mercurial.

I have tried on both linux and windows both have the hg 0.9.5
installed. I have tried using both urls (file:///, svn:// and
svn+ssh://) and pointing to a working directory and I am getting the
same error:

assuming destination X-hg
initializing destination X-hg repository
abort: X: unknown repository type

where X = path/url

I have tried setting the source parameter by -s Subversion and -s svn
and still no luck.

Does anyone have a suggestion to get this to work?
