Great.  I've updated the web page a bit to try to avoid confusing others
in the future.

By the way: this BI package has a bug in the username hook.  You will
get a traceback if you try to commit before setting a username in your
Mercurial.ini file.  The obvious workaround is to set your username
first.  I'll release another bundle soon that fixes this problem.

The hg-config 0.4 package used by the NSI installer also had this bug,
but I replaced it with a patched version last evening.  If you were one
of the two people who installed the 0.8 version of the NSI installer
yesterday, you should uninstall hg-config and re-run the installer.
