	If you qinit with -c, the patch location is itself a mercurial  
repository.  ``qcommit'' will save your patch state there.  There's no  
equivalent of ``pull'' or ``push'' from the toplevel, though.  You'll  
have to cd to .hg/patches and push and pull there.
