CVS -> HG -> CVS

Yes, I know this can be a FAQ but I ask....
the setup is explained in my previous thread, here a summary:

Sourceforge CVS -> linux CVS -> hg convert -> hg clone/pull from the windows
development pc (MQ used)

My idea for committing changes back to sourceforge repos is:
- checkout the cvs repository (with login) on the windows pc
- hg diff/hg qdiff depending on the situation OR overwrite the files in the
CVS tree with the modified one in the HG tree
- cvs commit

When changes are visible on sourceforge server, start again from point one,
using MQMerge procedure to rebase the patches....

It sound feasible... isn't it ?
