"hg commit" option to print filenames?

My developers tend to use "hg commit -m foo" to check in, and if they
haven't looked over "hg diff" first, occasionally they are astonished
that they've checked in unrelated changes.

If there was an option to hg commit to print out the list of files in
the commit -- the same list that's visible in the editor if you leave
off -m -- we'd leave it turned on all the time.
