It would be nice to have an option for windows users which would abort "add" and "commit -A" [maybe push and pull too...] if the file is already version controlled somewhere in the tree (and print the original name to make the corrections easier). It would prefer not to corrupt the repo instead of be noticed that someone somewhere made a mistake. -- teki
