[PATCH 0/8] Hgeditor changes

This series concerns hgeditor updates.
All patches add more comments, which may be useful if somebody wants to
customise the file.

Patch list:
 1) Provide username parameter to hgeditor, remove temporary file
 More comment: a recent change deprecated HGUSER variable.
 This parameter should replace its use.

 2) hgeditor: Use username parameter

 3) hgeditor: Fix parameters passed to some commands
 This makes hgeditor a bit more silent.

 4) hgeditor: Simplify manifest hash adding

 5) hgeditor: Remove bashism from editor handling and comment it

 6) hgeditor: Remove temporary files even if we get interrupted

 7) hgeditor: Show all modifications in diff
 This replaces walking the list of changes with plain hg diff.

 8) hgeditor: Add diffstat to the output
