There's no official bug tracking system at the moment.  I think that bug
reports are already falling through the cracks to an extent, but it's
not been a serious problem yet (at least, not for me).

I'd be happy to set up and maintain something, but I'd prefer it to be
lighter in weight and more agile than Bugzilla.
