[PATCH 0/3]: show in hgweb the deleted file

Hi,

the patches which follow this email show in the changelog/search/changeset html page the
deleted files from the (first) parent changeset.

The first patch modifies the changelog page
The 2nd patch modifies the search page
The 3th one modifies the changeset page
