A module of prevent the sys flooding

Hello,

I'm writing a module which can prevent the sys flooding based on the 
netfilter, and this is my first time to write the kernel module.
So can anyone help me check if the code for the memory allocation, 
locking or the timer is right?
I have read some documents about them, but I'm still not very sure 
whether the way I use is right or not.
