Testing problems about kernel module

Hi folks,
    Recently I've made a kernel module for extending the volume of disk
caching. But now, I do not know how to test the validity of the module.
Since the module just to accelerate the disk IO using the extended disk
cache, is there a way to test the correctness of the module? I mean how do i
assure fetching the right block from the right place?
