I've tried the conversion on openwengo using hg-crew version and following command:
hg convert
file://localhost/home/vadim/.svk/local/openwengo.svkmirror/wengophone-ng/
openwengo.hgmirror/wengophone-ng

It procesed 2/3 of the repo and the failed
